Our Ingredients

Wherever possible we source ingredients that are grown in a way that allows nature to flourish, using short supply chains and getting as close to the grower/miller/forager as possible. Taking time and natural leavening processes to create delicious food!

Currently we are mainly using flours from Stoates and Bruern Farm. Blended in the field, sifted at source and stoneground milled on-estate to produce an exceptionally nutritious and flavoursome flour.
